Carpenter Foreman

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM start time, 10-hour shifts

Overtime: Mandatory Saturdays may be required following rain delays during the work week

Travel: Must be willing to travel over the road when required (approximately 15-20% out of the year)

Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Carpenter Foreman to join our growing team. This individual will lead crews in performing a wide variety of carpentry and construction projects while ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and productivity on every job site.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, solid carpentry experience, and a willingness to learn our processes and company approach to project execution. We're looking for someone who can lead by example, develop team members, and help drive successful project outcomes.

• Siding repair and installation
• Roofing repair
• Window and door installation/service
• Hardware installation

• General building maintenance and repairs

Preferred (Not Required):

• Sheet metal experience
• Pole barn construction experience
• Structural steel experience
• Steel stud framing experience

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
