Aerotek is seeking an experienced Framing Carpenter to support framing and remodeling projects across Hastings, MN and surrounding Twin Cities Metro area. This contract-to-hire role emphasizes quality craftsmanship, teamwork, and safe practices on active job sites.

Typical duties include reading blueprints, measuring and cutting lumber, installing wall frames, and coordinating with foremen to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of carpentry and framing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Experience with commercial, residential, and multi-family projects is preferred.
• Reliable transportation to Twin Cities Metro area.

We are seeking experienced Carpenters to support framing and remodeling projects throughout the Twin Cities Metro area. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in quality craftsmanship, enjoy working as part of a team, and are committed to maintaining a safe and productive jobsite.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of carpentry and framing experience
• Strong knowledge of rough carpentry and wood framing techniques
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Experience using common construction hand and power tools
• Experience with general construction and remodeling projects
• Reliable transportation to job sites throughout the Twin Cities Metro area
• Ability to work outdoors and on active construction sites

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hastings, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
