Aerotek is seeking an experienced Framing Carpenter to support framing and remodeling projects across Hastings, MN and surrounding Twin Cities Metro area. This contract-to-hire role emphasizes quality craftsmanship, teamwork, and safe practices on active job sites.

Typical duties include reading blueprints, measuring and cutting lumber, installing wall frames, and coordinating with foremen to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of carpentry and framing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Experience with commercial, residential, and multi-family projects is preferred.
• Reliable transportation to Twin Cities Metro area.
