Twin City Framers Inc. is hiring experienced wood framing carpenters who take pride in doing good, clean, accurate, and fast work. We offer a $250 sign-on bonus for experienced carpenters and year-round, full-time work with weekly pay and benefits.

You'll frame structural components, interpret plans, and lead or support material handling on commercial jobs in the Twin City Metro area. This role requires 2+ years of framing experience, focus on safety, and ability to work with a crew.

• 2+ years of wood framing experience (commercial preferred).
• Strong understanding of layout and safe tool operation.
• Reliable, professional, and committed to craftmanship.

• Frame structural components: walls, floors, roofs, stairs and decks.
• Interpret plans, layouts, and measurements accurately.
• Lead or support material handling and jobsite organization.

What you'll do:

What We're Looking for:

• Comfortable working at heights and in all weather
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks
