Job summary

Atlanta Flooring Design Centers Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to lead recruiting and HR activities in North and South Carolina. The role supports company objectives through education and leadership development, and handles benefits, training, and compliance.

Responsibilities include onboarding, policy maintenance, HRIS management, and employee relations investigations. Travel within the Carolinas is required for coverage and interviews.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of recruiting experience.
• 4-5 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Management or other HR related field required.
• PHR and/or SHRM certification highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate all recruiting activities for NC locations (five).
• Conduct new hire orientations in person for NC locations.
• Maintain job descriptions and requirements across positions.
• Assist with employee benefits programs and records.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state HR regulations; handle investigations.
