Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group in Iowa City is hiring a Shuttle Bus Driver to provide safe, efficient transportation for our senior residents, with a friendly, service-focused approach.

This full-time role runs Monday–Friday from 8am to 5pm, pays $18 per hour, and requires 3 years shuttle driving, a Chauffeur's License with a clean record, the ability to lift 25 pounds, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 3 years shuttle or bus driving experience.
• Chauffeur's License with a clean driving record.
• Compassion for seniors and a service orientation.
• Timely, patient and able to follow a bus schedule.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents getting on and off the bus using safe methods.
• Complete bus trip logs and maintain route efficiency.
• Maintain interior and exterior bus cleanliness.
• Fill daily inspection log at trip start and submit it.
• Maintain a positive attitude supporting team productivity.
