Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Shuttle Bus Driver to provide safe, efficient transportation for our senior residents. This full‑time role offers a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule, $18 per hour, and generous PTO.

Requirements include 3 years driving a shuttle or bus, a Chauffeur’s License with a clean record, and a compassionate, patient approach. You must lift up to 25 pounds and may work evenings, weekends, and holidays to support reliable service.

Qualifications

• 3 years driving a shuttle, bus, or similar vehicle.
• Chauffeur's License; must have a clean driving record.
• Compassionate & care for seniors.
• Ability to be timely, patient, and accommodating; maintain a bus schedule and be familiar with the local area.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You love to laugh and have fun while working hard to provide excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents getting on and off the bus, using the safest mode of assistance.
• Completes bus trip log and required route in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the bus.
• Fill out daily inspection log at the start of each trip.
• Maintain a positive attitude to support team performance and productivity.
