Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group in Indiana is seeking a Shuttle Driver to transport senior residents safely, efficiently and with courtesy. You will assist residents on/off the bus, maintain logs and keep the vehicle clean while delivering reliable service.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years shuttle or bus driving, a Chauffeur's License with a clean record, and a compassionate attitude toward seniors. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift

Qualifications

• 3 years driving a shuttle, bus, or similar vehicle.
• Chauffeur's License; must have a clean driving record.
• Compassionate & Care for seniors; ideal candidate will enjoy helping and working with the senior population.
• Ability to be timely, patient, and accommodating; familiar with the local area and bus schedule.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You love to laugh and have fun while working hard to provide excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents getting on and off the bus using safe methods (lift, ambulation, transfer).
• Completes bus trip log and routes in a safe, efficient manner.
• Maintains interior and exterior cleanliness of the bus.
• Fills out daily inspection log at trip start and submits it.
• Maintain a positive attitude to support team performance.
