AdventHealth in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Part-Time Night shift Patient Care Technician to assist in delivering patient care under licensed nursing supervision. The role supports vital sign collection, documentation in electronic medical records, and adherence to department policies.

Requirements include a High School diploma, BLS certification, and preferred CNA/CPCT/EMT credentials; prior PCT experience is a plus. Willingness to work nights and stay within hospital policies is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Grad or Equiv (Required)
• 1+ applicable PCT experience (Preferred)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certified (Required)
• CNA/CPCT/A EMT certifications preferred (Optional)

Responsibilities

• Assists in the delivery of patient care by performing tasks under the direction of a licensed nurse.
• Accurately performs vital signs and documents in the electronic medical record.
• Documents and reports procedures accurately and in accordance with department policy.
• Performs duties and patient care according to policy and procedure.
• Functions appropriately within scope in clinical emergencies.
