Job summary

AdventHealth in Overland Park, Kansas seeks a Full Time Night shift CNA/PCT to assist in patient care under the guidance of a licensed nurse. You will document vital signs, participate in care delivery, and maintain a safe environment in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Required is a High School Diploma or equivalent and a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Preferred are CNA/NHA CPCT credentials and strong teamwork with patients and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the delivery of patient care under the direction of a licensed nurse.
• Accurately records vital signs and documents them in the electronic medical record.
• Performs procedures and patient care activities per policy and procedure.
• Maintains a safe, clean environment and adheres to safety regulations.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and health care team members.
