Job summary

AdventHealth in Shawnee Mission, Kansas seeks a Part Time Nights caregiver to assist in patient care under licensed nurse guidance. You will record vital signs, document in the EMR, and follow hospital policies to ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Assists in the delivery of patient care under the direction of a licensed nurse.
• Accurately performs vital signs and documents in the electronic medical record.
• Documents and reports all procedures accurately and in accordance with department policy.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the delivery of patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Records vital signs and documents in the EMR.
• Performs duties and patient care per policy and procedure.
• Functions appropriately within scope in clinical emergencies; supports quality standards and initiatives.
• Follows isolation guidelines, uses PPE, and maintains safety standards.
