Wesley Living in Memphis, TN is hiring a Maintenance Apprentice for St. Peter Manor. This full-time role supports our maintenance team across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry tasks while residents deserve safe, comfortable homes.

No prior maintenance experience is required; we value dependability and a willingness to learn. You will receive on-the-job training, participate in our benefits program, and grow within a faith-based senior living community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No previous maintenance experience required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance team with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry tasks.
• Help ensure resident safety and comfort in a well-maintained home.
• Learn and follow safety procedures and job standards.

You will assist our maintenance team as they work in areas including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry. In our low-income senior living community, your job is about more than just fixing leaks and making repairs; it's about making sure our residents can live with dignity in a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained home.
