Wesley Living in Memphis, TN seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform general and advanced maintenance in our senior living communities. The role includes plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work, with a focus on safety, reliability, and resident comfort.

This full-time position offers a $20/hour wage, 40-hour week, and a benefits package, including PTO, holidays, retirement contributions, and ongoing training. You will work with a property team to maintain clean, safe homes for residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification required or must obtain within 6 months.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• General maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Prepare units for new residents including painting and deep cleaning.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections of common areas and mechanical rooms.
• Ensure compliance with housing authority and HUD standards and fire codes.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
• Interact respectfully with senior residents during repairs.
