Responsibilities

• Transport residents to and from physician appointments timely.
• Move residents from hospital after discharge when needed.
• Carry medical records for signatures to offices.
• Maintain safety policies while transporting residents.
• Keep the van clean and in good working order.
• Assist in center activities as needed.
