Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management in Texas seeks a dedicated Certified Nurse Aide to coordinate transportation for residents to physician appointments, under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel.

You will organize driving schedules, transport residents to hospitals and clinics, report changes in condition, help with safe lifting when needed, and maintain the vehicle and records in a compliant, compassionate care environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Nurse Aide certification and be listed in the State Registry in good standing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license for the state of application.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation of residents to appointments based on priority of needs.
• Transport residents to inpatient and outpatient programs and to facilities and residences.
• Develop driving schedules according to residents’ medical appointments and program destinations.
