Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a Transportation Aide for Robinson Oaks Wellness & Rehabilitation Center in Denton, TX. You will provide timely rides for residents to and from physician appointments, assist after hospital discharge and transport records between offices.

A clean safety record, valid state driver license, CPR certification, and experience in healthcare transport are required. CNA preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; course work in recreation desirable.
• CPR certification required.
• Current State driver’s license without violations; CNA desired.

Responsibilities

• Provides transportation of residents to and from physician appointments in a timely manner.
• Provides transportation of current or new residents from hospital after discharge.
• Transports medical records for signatures to medical offices.
• Maintains a high level of safety following safety policies and procedures while in Center and transporting residents.
• Maintains van in good working condition.
• Maintains van in a neat and clean condition at all times.
• Assists in general with Center activities as needed.
