Responsibilities

• As a Care Partner, provide personal care for elders (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Monitor health, document changes, and report to Wellness Team.
• Offer emotional support and companionship, engage in conversations.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Support social and recreational activities for resident well-being.
• Communicate with elders, families, team members and guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and light housekeeping as required.
