Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Missouri is seeking a Dishwasher to support kitchen operations by keeping dishwashing stations clean, sanitized, and compliant with food safety standards. You will wash and sanitize dishes, operate dish machines, log temperatures, complete cleaning tasks, and assist with storage and rotation of supplies to maintain a safe, organized kitchen for residents.

Qualifications

• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times
• Support dining service duties as assigned
