Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support kitchen operations, keep dishwashing areas clean, and ensure all dishware and equipment meet safety standards. You will work closely with dining staff to uphold quality meal service and resident well-being in a senior living setting.

Responsibilities include operating dish machines, maintaining logs, and assisting with storage and rotation of supplies.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining cleanliness in a kitchen.
• Ability to follow sanitation and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations.
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware.
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments.
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas.
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies.
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times.
• Support dining service duties as assigned.
