Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Richmond, VA is seeking a Dishwasher to support kitchen operations by maintaining clean, sanitized work areas and ensuring all dishware and equipment meet food safety standards. You will set up and operate dishwashing stations, wash and sanitize items, and help with storage and rotation of supplies.

Responsibilities include daily sanitation logs, assisting with dining service tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience with dishwashing in a kitchen or food service setting.
• Ability to follow food safety and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations.
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware.
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments.
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies.
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times.
• Support dining service duties as assigned.
