Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in New Jersey is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support kitchen operations by maintaining clean, sanitized work areas and ensuring all dishware, cookware, and equipment meet food safety standards.

You will set up and maintain dishwashing stations, operate dish machines, wash and sanitize dishes and utensils, keep temperature logs, and assist with general cleaning and dining service duties. We offer benefits and opportunities to grow in a caring senior-living environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times
• Support dining service duties as assigned
