Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Dishwasher/Kitchen Worker to support our dining services in a senior living community. You will set up and operate dishwashing stations, wash and sanitize dishes, and keep the kitchen clean and organized to ensure residents receive safe, quality meals.

The role requires adherence to OSHA and food safety rules, the ability to stand for long periods, and the willingness to assist with dining service duties. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Prior dishwashing or kitchen helper experience preferred.
• Ability to follow OSHA and food safety regulations.
• Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations.
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware.
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments.
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas.
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies.
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times.
• Support dining service duties as assigned.
