Job summary

Ciel Senior Living in Princeton, NJ is seeking a friendly Server to join our dining room team. In this hourly role, you will take resident orders, assist with front-of-house duties, and help ensure a pleasant dining experience.

You will work closely with the Director of Culinary, maintain high service standards, and participate in ongoing trainings to support residents' comfort, happiness, and well-being.

Qualifications

• Experience providing excellent customer service.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well with cooks and other staff.
• Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
• Ability to deliver orders in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Take food and drink orders from residents and guests with a positive attitude.
• Write orders on slips and verify accuracy.
• Engage with residents in a friendly manner.
• Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and correct problems as needed.
• Perform end of shift duties in dining and kitchen.
• Assist food preparation staff when necessary.
• Attend trainings via LMS and maintain up-to-date training.
• Other duties as assigned to support resident care and happiness.
