• Write resident or guest food orders on order slips.
• Engage with residents in a friendly manner.
• Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions.
• Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
• Perform end of shift duties in dining and kitchen.
• Assist food preparation staff when necessary.
• Attend training courses at the community and maintain up-to-date monthly, quarterly, and annual training through LMS.
• Other duties as assigned related to residents' care and happiness.
