Responsibilities

• Take food and drink orders from residents and guests with a positive attitude.
• Write resident or guest food orders on order slips.
• Engage with residents in a friendly manner.
• Know the menu and suggest items as appropriate.
• Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and address issues.
• Perform end-of-shift duties in dining and kitchen.
• Assist kitchen staff as needed.
• Attend training courses and keep up-to-date with LMS.
• Other duties as assigned to support resident care.
