Job summary

Avamere at Moses Lake is seeking a Part-time Server to deliver exceptional dining service in a memory care, assisted living and/or independent living environment. You will take orders, serve meals and beverages, and ensure a warm, safe, and enjoyable dining experience for residents.

Responsibilities include accurately recording orders, promptly delivering meals, assisting with table setups, maintaining cleanliness, and coordinating with kitchen staff to accommodate dietary needs and preferences

Qualifications

• High standards of food service sanitation and safety
• Ability to maintain personal hygiene and hair control
• Interpersonal skills for working with residents and staff
• Ability to learn to operate kitchen equipment
• CPR/First Aid certification during employment is required
• Food Handlers card from local health department

Responsibilities

• Take and deliver orders accurately.
• Serve meals and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Set up dining rooms and maintain cleanliness during service.
• Clear and reset tables for next service.
• Assist with room service orders to residents' apartments.
• Answer questions about menu and dietary needs.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Provide a warm, courteous atmosphere to residents and guests.
