Ecumen Lakeview Commons in Maplewood, MN, seeks a Dining Assistant to support food preparation, service and cleanup, ensuring meals meet dietary orders and safety standards. The role is part-time with a shift from 11:00am to 7:00pm and a bi-weekly schedule of 52.5 hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to follow safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary service to residents, families and guests.
• Serve meals to residents per diet order and proper temperature.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, safe and organized work area.
• Complete opening and closing duties and routine cleaning.
• Notify supervisor of changes in residents’ health.
• Respond to resident requests and concerns and inform supervisor.
• Work collaboratively with team in a dynamic environment.
• Assist with special functions as directed.
• Respect facility property and supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
