Job summary

Ecumen Meadows in Worthington, MN, is hiring a Dining Assistant. The role supports food preparation, serving and cleanup for residents, while maintaining a clean, orderly work area and following facility policies to ensure high levels of service.

Schedule: 21 hours every two weeks, 4pm–7pm, with an every-other-weekend rotation (7 shifts in the 14-day pay period).

Pay range: $16.50–$19.00 per hour. Benefits include PTO and well-being resources for casual/on-call team members.

Qualifications

• Must be 15 years of age or older.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written.
• Ability to follow safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Provides exemplary service to residents, families and guests.
• Serves meals to residents per diet order and portion size, and at the proper temperature.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary, safe and organized work area.
• Completes opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Notifies supervisor of changes in residents' health.
• Responds to resident requests and concerns and notifies supervisor.
