Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a Dietary Aide in Golden Valley, MN. You will assist in meal preparation, deliver meals, and support dietitians with patient nutrition plans while maintaining high sanitation and safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma and a current Food Handler’s Permit; ServSafe training is a plus. Strong communication and compassionate care for seniors are essential.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Able to read and follow safety instructions.
• Cordial and congenial with residents.
• Dependable, detail oriented, organized, with good follow‑through.
• Able to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and meal service under guidance of Chef or Dietitian.
• Deliver dishes, trays, and coordinate with rooms/times.
• Assist in setting up and clearing dining areas; maintain cleanliness.
• Follow sanitation guidelines and safety regulations.
• Follow cleaning schedules and perform duties as scheduled.
• Provide friendly customer service during nutrition delivery.
