Job summary

A leading healthcare services company in Minnesota is seeking a Dietary Aide to prepare and serve meals for residents in a long-term care facility. The ideal candidate will assist with food preparation, ensure compliance with food safety guidelines, and provide excellent customer service while interacting positively with residents and staff. A high school diploma and ServSafe certification are preferred. This role offers a pay rate of $16.00 - $17.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or kitchen environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 30 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing salads.
• Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and dining areas.
