Job summary

Sagora Senior Living, Inc. is hiring a Cook at the Asher Point of Tulsa community. The cook will prepare high-quality meals for residents, follow sanitation standards, monitor stock, and support the culinary team in a fast-paced environment.

Required one or more years in a commercial kitchen, ServSafe Certification, and Food Handler’s permit. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to interact with residents, families, and team members.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Must possess ServSafe Certification and Food Handler’s permit as regulated by state and local authorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Cook à la carte items.
• Monitor stock.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, food storage, and work areas.
• Assist with training of all Culinary team members.
• Follow established methods of meal preparation and presentation.
• Serve meals to residents promptly and in friendly and courteous manner.
