Qualifications

• Valid Washington state license to practice as a nursing assistant certified.
• Active status on OBRA Registry.
• Must be proficient in English and able to read, write, and speak it.
• The ability to take action to learn and grow; meet residents' needs.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the resident's care plan.
• Maintain professional relationships with residents and families.
• Support residents' involvement in decision making.
• Assist with therapies and treatments under RN direction.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating; monitor meals.
• Record vital signs and input/output; encourage fluids.
• Apply basic nursing procedures and safety supports.
• Lead therapeutic recreational activities.
