Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of Nursing Assistant experience.

• Valid Washington state license to practice as a nursing assistant certified.
• Must be able to follow directions, maintain confidentiality, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, toileting, eating and monitoring meals.
• Support range of motion, infection control and report changes to licensed personnel.
• Record vital signs and intake/output data accurately.
• Document care provided and maintain a safe environment.
• Perform basic nursing tasks and manage waste per policy.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and working areas.
• Assist with feeding and ensure resident comfort.
