Avenue at Broadview Heights is seeking an Admissions & Intake Coordinator to welcome new residents, coordinate pre-admission data and assessments, and support census growth through referral outreach.

You will conduct interviews, verify information, assist with paperwork, and partner with the Director of Business Development on marketing initiatives, while maintaining confidential records and ensuring a smooth transition for residents.

Formación

• High school diploma or recent college graduate.
• Experience in admissions or healthcare preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Professional, empathetic, and team-oriented.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and resident rights.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate pre-admission data and resident assessments.
• Support marketing and census growth with referral outreach.
• Conduct interviews and verify resident information.
• Collaborate with nursing and administration for room assignments.
• Escort and welcome new residents.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records.
• Assist with admission paperwork and policy communication.
• Partner with the Director of Business Development on marketing initiatives.
