Job summary

Creative Corrections is seeking a Caribbean Program Advisor to support INL/WHP activities in Washington, DC. The role requires a Secret security clearance and engagement with regional programs across the Caribbean and South America to advance U.S. policy objectives.

The candidate will organize meetings, draft program plans, and monitor implementation, reporting on progress and challenges while coordinating with contractors and interagency partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Four to six years’ experience in relevant field.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of players.
  • Knowledge of international narcotics, law enforcement, or related programs preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for Caribbean, South America, or other Western Hemisphere programs.
  • Research regional security developments using SMART cables, DR reports, media, and other sources.
  • Assist with program implementation, review reports, maintain project files, and coordinate with posts and partners.
  • Track program budgets and pipelines for assigned projects.
  • Support funding through contracts, grants, and interagency agreements; help obligate funds.
