Job summary

Totally Joined for Achieving Collaborative Techniques (TJFACT) seeks a Caribbean Program Advisor to support INL/WHP in Washington, DC. The advisor provides program development, oversight, and briefs leadership on regional issues, drafts papers, and tracks deliverables and funding across contracts, grants, and IAAs.

The role requires strong writing and policy-analysis skills, coordination across teams, and experience with government reporting.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with a Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience drafting U.S. government reports and documents.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for Caribbean/South America programs.
• Research regional security developments and track post activities.
• Assist with program implementation, budgets, and reporting.
• Support funding actions and coordination of contracts, grants, and IAAs.
• Compile and analyze program budget data and prepare justifications.
