Job summary

Global Support and Development (GSD) is seeking a Caribbean Partnerships Manager to lead strategic partnerships from our HQ in Charlotte, NC. You will engage with regional leaders, design outreach and collaboration plans, and manage ongoing partner relationships to drive disaster preparedness and resilience initiatives.

The role emphasizes cross-cultural communication, program development, and clear external representation of GSD’s mission.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in partner/stakeholder management and engagement, Caribbean-focused.
• BA in humanitarian affairs, communications, or related field; Master’s desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop outreach plans for Caribbean countries and manage partner relationships.
• Synthesize programs into presentations and reports for diverse audiences.
• Maintain CRM records and share results with internal/external stakeholders.
