Qualifikationen

• General knife handling and sanitation knowledge.
• Food safety and cleanliness are essential.
• Experience leading teams in high‑volume kitchens.
• Must demonstrate leadership and coaching ability.
• English and Spanish fluency is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Execute menu specs and ensure dish quality to standard.
• Lead and inspire line cooks; manage line hygiene and mise en place.
• Coordinate with kitchen leadership to maintain recipe accuracy.
• Oversee prep, station setup, and service readiness.
• Monitor food safety, cleaning schedules, and inventory as needed.
• Support opening/closing duties and overall kitchen operations.
• Mentor staff to foster growth and teamwork.
