Like a Grilled Chicken Wrap, the SONIC Drive-In Restaurant Team Member position is a savory array of food service responsibilities rolled into one.

Skating Carhop Requirements: Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays. Flexibility based on restaurant needs. Effective communication, basic math and reading skills. Willingness to adhere to appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards. Knowledge of food service/retail preferred but not required. Friendly, welcoming, and willing to cross-train. Ability to skate or willingness to learn. SKATERS MAKE THE MOST TIPS!!!

Position: Carhop
Immediate Supervisor: Manager on Duty (MOD)
Position Summary: Serves product to guests.

Job Duties include ensuring product quality, delivering orders, providing friendly service, responding to guest requests, assisting with payments, clearing trays, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to policies.

Additional duties involve reporting employee issues, stocking food, completing skating training, and performing other related tasks.

Time/Shift Expectations: Flexible, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications: Basic math and reading, effective communication, customer service skills, ability to follow directions, and multitasking.

Work Environment: Standing, bending, reaching, moving, skating (for Skating Carhops), with exposure to heat, cold, and variable weather conditions.
