Carhop

Immediate Supervisor:

Manager on Duty (MOD)

Position Summary:

This role involves serving products to guests.

Job Duties:

1. Ensure product quality and appearance meet standards
2. Deliver products, carrying trays up to 25 pounds
3. Provide friendly and prompt service
4. Respond to guest requests
5. Report issues to MOD
6. Assist with payment and make change
7. Clear trays and trash from vehicles and dining areas
8. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
9. Attend regularly

Additional Duties:

• Report employee issues
• Move and stock food up to 50 pounds
• Complete skating training if applicable
• Perform other duties as assigned

Time/Shift Expectations:

Flexible, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Preferred knowledge of restaurant or retail operations
• Basic math and reading skills
• Effective communication
• Customer service skills and ability to multitask

Work Environment:

Standing, bending, reaching, moving, skating (for skaters), in a restaurant setting with exposure to heat, cold, and weather conditions.
