Skating Carhop Requirements:

1. Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
2. Flexibility in all situations based on restaurant needs
3. Effective communication skills; basic math and reading skills
4. Willingness to abide by appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards
5. Knowledge of food service or retail is preferred but not required
6. Friendly, welcoming attitude and enjoyment of providing excellent guest service
7. Ability to cross-train in all stations and learn skating skills (skaters earn higher tips!)

Position details:

Position: Carhop

Immediate Supervisor: Manager on Duty (MOD)

Position Summary: Serves product to guests, ensuring quality and presentation standards.

Job Duties include:

• Ensuring product quality and appearance before delivery
• Delivering food to guests, carrying trays up to 25 pounds
• Providing friendly and prompt service
• Responding to guest requests and handling payments
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards

Additional duties:

• Reporting issues to MOD
• Moving and stocking food weighing up to 50 pounds
• Performing duties on roller skates (for skating carhops)

Work environment:

Standing, bending, reaching, moving, and skating in a restaurant setting with exposure to heat, cold, and weather variations.
