Job summary

ATC Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to help clients stay independent and safe at home across Clarke County and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities include personal care, meals, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship, with documentation of care for the healthcare team. No high school diploma is required; Medicaid waiver program pays $10.00 per hour.

Job responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Providing personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and mobility support depending on Patient care plan
• Help prepare nutritious meals and assist with medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean environment
• Offer meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Assist with transportation to medical appointments and errands
• Document care provided and communicate with healthcare team
• Follow individualized care plans to meet each client's unique needs

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• A genuine desire to help others
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility
• Patience, empathy, and professional demeanor
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
