Job summary

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care such as bathing, grooming, and mobility support as per patient care plan.

• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with transportation to medical appointments and errands.
• Document care and communicate with healthcare team.
• Follow individualized care plans to meet client needs.
