ATC Healthcare Services, LLC seeks compassionate in-home caregivers to support clients in Wilcox County and surrounding areas, helping them stay safe and independent at home.

Duties include personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, mobility support, transportation to appointments, and documenting care with the healthcare team. No HS diploma required; all ages encouraged to apply. This Medicaid Waiver role pays $10.00 per hour with no mileage.

Qualifications

• Genuine desire to help others.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility.
• Patience, empathy and professional demeanor.
• Caregiving experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

Wilcox County, Camden, Boykin, Pinehill, Yellow Bluff, Millers Ferry, and surrounding areas.

Job responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

• Providing personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and mobility support depending on Patient care plan
• Help prepare nutritious meals and assist with medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean environment
• Offer meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Assist with transportation to medical appointments and errands
• Document care provided and communicate with healthcare team
• Follow individualized care plans to meet each client's unique needs

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• A genuine desire to help others

• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
