An Innovative Care seeks reliable Caregivers/CNAs to join our team in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will provide personal care, companionship, and support to residents in a CBRF/long-term care setting, working 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Requirements include a valid driver's license, good communication, the ability to pass background checks, and a positive attitude. Training and DHS CBRF requirements will be completed within 90 days of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide physical, emotional, and environmental support to clients through personal care services and companionship.

• Document daily activities and occurrences as per policy.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding clients and staff.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support residents and care team.
• Complete DHS CBRF training requirements within 90 days of employment.

An Innovative Care is an Assisted Living provider with multiple locations in Pleasant Prairie & Kenosha, WI. Our model of care focuses on providing a nurturing home where we build strong relationships with every resident. We are trusted to provide the best possible care and deliver it with professionalism in a safe environment.

We are seeking reliable Caregivers/CNAs candidates that have prior experience working at a CBRF or Long-Term Care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical, emotional, and environmental support to the clients through the provision of personal care services and companionship.
• Tasks Include: Activities of daily living, bathing, toileting, simple transfers (bed to chair or wheelchair, or reverse), mobility & ambulation (walker, cane, crutches)
• Documents daily activities and occurrences in accordance with company policy.
• Maintains confidentiality regarding clients, staff, and documentation.
• Performs additional duties assigned in response to client/company needs.
• Complete within 90 days of employment all requirements under the DHS requirements for CBRF training.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with reliable transportation, good communication skills, legal adult (18 years or older), and able to pass appropriate background checks/reference verification.

Must be able to work without direct supervision. Must be patient, professional, hard-working, and a committed caregiver.Must have a Positive Attitude.

• 3rd shift: (11pm – 7am)
