You will handle leasing, resident relations, light administration, and upkeep, contributing to a positive living experience for residents in Minnesota communities.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or relevant experience, strong leasing and sales skills, excellent communication, and the ability to stay organized and self-motivated.

INH Properties is looking for a full-time energetic, dependable Assistant Community Manager. This position will play an important role in the success of the properties. The ideal candidate must be a self-starting go-getter, who is well organized with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly and takes pride in their work. This candidate should also possess an engaging personality with current and prospective residents.

Requirements
