Job summary

eAssist Dental Solutions is seeking an experienced Dental Billing Specialist to work remotely from home. The role focuses on submitting and managing dental insurance claims, resolving denials, posting payments, and generating billing reports for multiple practices across the United States.

The position offers part-time entry with potential to grow into full-time within six months, with commission-based earnings and an hourly wage advance based on state minimums.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent dental billing experience within the past two years.
• Experience with insurance claims, payment posting, accounts receivable, and appeals.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation:

Pay is commission-based. Office commission is based on the size of the practice and its insurance collections, and it varies from office to office. All Success Consultants receive hourly pay, at their state’s minimum wage, which is treated as an advance toward the commission on the office.

What You'll Do

• Submit and manage dental insurance claims
