Job summary

The role reports to the district Project Director, coordinates calendars and meetings, tracks action items, and collaborates with Clark University and project evaluators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least two years of project management experience.
• Experience managing remote meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate calendars with stakeholders for all 4 grant project team meetings.
• Participate in grant project team meetings, distribute agendas, and take/distribute minutes.
• Track action items and follow up with responsible parties.
• Manage the project work plan and coordinate with partners and team members for updates.
• Coordinate with SPS Technology for grant-related technology needs.
• Coordinate professional development for staff to deliver SEL curriculum.
• Schedule implementation of SEL curriculum and coordinate schedules of Clark University Graduate students.
• Support and monitor data collection and prepare project updates/reports.
