Job summary

Amtex Systems Inc. is seeking a CareOps Agent to handle SOS and HELP incidents, contact subjects, caregivers, or local contacts, and coordinate emergency response.

The role requires English, Tamil, and Hindi fluency, a minimum of one year in a call center, and the ability to work 12-hour rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, using a personal laptop with stable internet. You will assess situations, escalate when needed, and ensure timely resolution following approved

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of call centre experience.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluent in English, Tamil and Hindi.
• Must have a personal laptop and stable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Handles SOS and HELP incidents.
