Job summary

Guidance Center of Lea County, Inc. in Hobbs, NM seeks a Program Manager for the CareLink Program to oversee non-clinical client services and provide administrative supervision to CareLink staff.

Under the Director of Community Services, you will plan, coordinate training, ensure compliance with HIPAA and Medicaid standards, supervise performance reviews, and maintain program quality and reporting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field.
• NM independent licensure in psychology, social work, or counseling.
• Direct service experience with SMI/SED populations.
• Experience supervising staff.
• Pass criminal records check and CYFD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and ensure program development and consultation for the CareLink program.
• Ensure policies, confidentiality, rules and ethics compliance with CareLink and GCLC policies.
• Oversee operations to deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based care and compliant reporting.
• Set work schedules for CareLink staff and ensure timely documentation.
• Coordinate and deliver staff training and supervise performance.
• Attend trainings to maintain fidelity with evidence-based modalities.
• Maintain HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 confidentiality.
• Coordinate program reviews, surveys, audits and site visits.
